In the beautiful nature of Algarve we found 2 locations with space for organizing ceremonies and body work for Soul Healing retreats. Faro Airport is closest to the locations. Being in nature makes it easier to dive deep into the work we offer and letting go of daily worries.
We have a beautiful retreat with the profound methods developed by Lars Faber: A once in a lifetime adventure of self discovery and healing.
This is part of The Sacred Voyage's most advancd healing program. All our knowledge and experience is focused in this program, that is build around Rumi's famous quote: "The Wound is the Place where the Light enters". This retreat is with two medicin plant ceremonies.

Portugal retreat with medicine plant
5 day retreat: The Rebirth of the Soul
This 5 day retreat helps you to remember the path you chose in life. Growing up sometimes takes you away from the one you were ment to be. The 5 days of intense inner work with Core Wound Breathwork, Soulretreival, Heartdancing, Time Line (Autobiography), sharing groups will help you to connect with the path closest to your Soul and feel reborn again: saying Yes to the magical life we all live. This is The Sacred Voyage's most advancd healing program. All our knowledge and experience is focused in this program, that is build around Rumi's famous quote: "The Wound is the Place where the Light enters".
Two ceremonies with medicine plant are included.

4 day retreat: Essence of Being - with 2 ceremonies
This 4 day retreat with the mother plant will help you to bring you back to your Essence of Being. Coming to the location is about a half hour drive from Faro Airport. Arriving on the top of a mountain with a magnifecent view over the surroundings. Walking down the small cobbled stone paths into the valley for staying over in the cosy cabins is a metaphor for the days to come.
The first day is with sharing, Heartdancing and Breathwork. Then 2 cermonial days and on the last day integration of all the experiences received, followed by a festive buffet. Leaving the next day after breakfast.

9 day: Soul Coach Training (module 1)
This 9 day international Soul Coach Training (1) teaches the basic methods necessary to be able to facilitate a safe environment for participants who can dive into transformational and healing personal processes. Teachings by Lars & Tanja Faber: learning how to facilitate Core Wound, Sacred Breath/breathwork as well experiencing it your self. You will participate in two ceremonies and also learn how to guide in two other ceremonies. Furthermore in the program sharings, Heartdancing workshops & teachings also about brewing medicine plant.
We close the training with a day of integration and a delicious buffet.
The Soul Coach Training is for people who want to know more about guiding in a safe setting to be able to support participants in personal processes; for those with there own practice; people who would like to work with medicine plant; for those, interested in guiding at the Sacred Voyage.

6 day: Soul Coach Training (module 2)
In the 6 day international Soul Coach Training (2) Lars and Tanja Faber will be teaching new techniques: Soulretrieval, Sacred Language of the Heart and Light of Compassion. You will experience these techniques as a participant and you learn how to facilitate them/ guide them.
This training is for for people who want to know more about guiding in a safe setting to be able to support participants in personal processes; for those with there own practice; people who would like to work with medicine plant; for those, interested in guiding at the Sacred Voyage.
If you want to be a guide at the Sacred Voyage it is important that you will keep on going with your own personal development processes and bodywork.
In this training two ceremonies will take place, one to guide, one as a participant.
It is not obliged to have done the Soul Coach Training (1) first. You can attend the modules in random order.

To guarantee the safety of our participants we need to know about their health. Please complete the intake form when you registered for a Mother Plant retreat. Return the intake by e-mail to us. Fill out this form:
Plant Medicine Agreement
Please print, read and sign in advance the Plant Medicine agreement and hand it over to one of our facilitators on the first day of the healing retreat.
MAO Inhibitor
Many medication cannot be combined with the MAO-inhibitor in plant medicin. Read the MAO-inhibitor carefully so you know what 'MAO-inhibitor' means and when it can be danguerous to use medicine plants.
